Tizzie Episode 4: Success?!

The Tizzie Sweater was completed for Christmas opening which was a huge success. However, it does not fit the recipient Troy. I'm too sad to begin to figure out where I went wrong. I even had him try it on twice during the knitting process, which I never do. Alas, it is not meant to be. He does look quite happy and proud in it though.

Oh, how disappointing for you, Tan! The sweater itself is just gorgeous, and you did a fabulous job with the yarn - is it really all your own handspun??

Maybe a good blocking/stretching would do the trick? He just looks so darned happy with it...

Couldn't you just send Troy for surgery?!? It would be such a shame to frog this really nice sweater (although on a second thought, it would also be a shame to amputate Troy).

the sweater is awesome tan! thank you. sorry i'm so HUGE!!

we've talked about where you went wrong too. a project like this, with soooo much investment, you should have had more checkpoints along the way. i think you relied too much on what you already knew, when the variables of this sweater were so varied.

its still an incredible piece though. it should be on display somewhere.
